21Tara is a small family owned Business founded in 2011.We are first generation Tibetan immigrants, born and raised in refugee camps in Nepal and India. Having lived through hard times, We value the importance of dignity and fair pay for workers. 21Tara's mission is to promote fair trade and support small family business like ourselves in India and Nepal. With this sense of purpose, we go out of our way to find products and create a collection that does as little harm as possible to people, and their environment. Each product has a story of the artisan who created it, and history of the century old methods used to produce it. We believe we can together make a difference in the lives of artisans around the word, one purchase at a time.
